Thinking Strategically

The ability to plan ahead and succeed is essential in life. Thinking strategically enables managers to map the route to success as well as developing their skills of analysis and leadership.

It helps managers see where and how change is needed to make the business successful.

The Essence of Successful Strategies are flexibility, able to solve the problems, capability to face challenges, able to grab opportunities and meet the objective of the company.

Long range planning does not deal with future decisions. It deals with the future of present decisions.

Strategic goals should be pursue a highly focused approach, give your 100% dedication to the plans and understand the risk management “bringing a cat at home make sure cat does not eat golden fishes in the aquariums”.

There is only one winning strategy. It is to carefully define the target market and direct superior offering to that target market.

Competitive strategy is about being different. It have unique mix of values.

Understand your market well!
