Carrot beloved veggie of Rabbit and human, carrots contain a number of antiseptic and antibacterial abilities which boost our immune system, it have high level of vitamin C,stimulate the activity of white blood cells, it is the most important element to maintain good health system.

Carrots can be attributed to their beta carotene and fibre content, antioxidants, vitamin A, C, K and B8 as well as pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper and manganese.

Drinking carrot juice , it will gain your weight and increase the blood sugar level in body.
Incase you are age 50 or above please do check your diet properly as some food you must reduce down. Incase it a habit of childhood like me, as i use to grab raw carrots two pieces eat while going to school or work.
My present best choice of juice for good health avoid any sickness:-
🥕1/2 carrot + 1 sweet potatoes.(Dilute it)
It help to maintain insulin fluctuation , blood sugar level will be maintained too, good eye sight, boost memory, remove blood clots, health heart, reduce high blood pressure, avoid stroke, neurological disorders, reduce joint pain and other sickness.

My humble request not to drink juice after 5pm. Juices for Healing purpose morning and afternoon is best as our body system is activate.
Drink it once per day, love your body.
