Last fews days, i have been learning in person about diabetes patients diets with dietitian.
Some information, i would like to share with you all. One of very common food “BeetRoot”. It is very nutritional veggie but not for patient who are having blood sugar problem and diabetes.
Fact & Benefit of Beetroot:-
Lower blood pressure, Exercise stamina, muscle power, slow dementia,healthy weight, cancer prevention,potassium , other minerals, vitamins C, liver support, Folate,reduce Cholesterol and anaemia.
This veggie is having carbohydrates , incase doctor strict you wheat and less of rice, please don’t have this veggie. It increase blood sugar level in body, there is a life danger.
Try to avoid it.
Beet Juice are good sources of various nutrients:-
1 cup of Raw beets contains:-
🌿13 grams of carbohydrate, including
🌿9 grams of sugar and 4 grams of fibre.
🌿2 grams of protein.
