Winter comes , everyone should stay warm as wind blow on face is very strong . Heart circulation should kept normal for young and elderly at home.
Here i am sharing with a beautiful delicious “Classic Russian Beetroot & Tomatoes Soup” dish which i made two days back for my dinner, serve with bread . It is such amazing taste,one cannot stop loving wish to prepare it everyday, but unfortunately it is not everyday meal once or twice per week is best for health.
I did experiment myself , if your blood sugar is 5.1 it will increase to 5.7 . It have a lot of healing properties. If you are diabetes patient your blood sugar in control once per week is excellent choice , it heal stomach problem, gastric, hyper acidity , improve digestive problem, anaemia, protection for dry skin, you will not carve of food, make your body warm, wonderful and very sound sleep.
My recipes is for three people serving 🌹
600grams of tomatoes,
1 big beet root, peeled and thin slice boil it,
1 full of garlic peeled and soak in hot lemon water and chopped it
3 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt & Black Pepper according to your taste.
No balsamic vinegar as not able to digest it.
I did not add vegetable to keep the best flavour of beetroot and tomatoes.
Fresh dill or basil.
Instruction of cooking ;-
Tomatoes:- remember to cut the outer layer of tomatoes, boil them for 5-8 mind , it help you to easily remove it’s skin.
Beetroot: – Peel the skin, use shredder to make thin slices then boil for 8 mins.
Garlic:- Peel the skin, soak in warm lemon water For 5 mins . Remove it chopped them into small pieces
Take pan put 3-4 tablespoon of olive oil, start to fry garlic, allow it to turn brown, add beetroot and tomatoes fry it for 8 mins or more, same time add salt and black pepper, add water , you can add vegetable stock , as per your choice , once it become softer , blend it in mixer.
I don’t use oven, prepare on stove is more healthy.
Once you blend , reheat again
Yes true if you add purple cabbage it taste more better but sadly i was unable to get it so no matter.
Why dill or basil, i love both in winter but unfortunately dill is not always available for us, so option is basil if you are low blood pressure or normal, it is best option, incase you are high blood pressure dill best for serving with bread.
Amazing dinner , no long hour cooking requires maximin for 45 mins food is ready , isn’t that lovely. Lovely warm winter night with ” Classic Russian Beetroot & Tomatoes Soup”.
I will be adding mushrooms to it , i am crazy lover of mushrooms .
