Winter night comes, one have more time to prepare different type of food in the evening.
Today, i have prepared “Winter Russian Pickled Onions”, storing it for coming days to eat with salads, bread spread or side dish with other cuisines.
“Russian Pickled Onions” are diabetes friendly, delicious healing stomach, throat, control blood sugar, digestion, anaemia, and make you stay healthy and happy always in winter.
Sharing the recipes with you , i did some changes ,”Not Using White Sugar” but more healthy “Honey” and i don’t use whole black pepper , i love using black pepper powder make sure it spread will to all equally with onions.
The recipes as follows:-
1 1/2 Big White Onions
1 Medium Size BeetRoot
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
6 bay leaves
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt .
6 -7 tablespoon Vinegar
3 Big tablespoon Honey

“I, soaked everything with arrowroot and hot water for 10 mins before making Pickled Onions”.
“Here i have did some changes onion, red chillies, bay leaves , black pepper powder and salt , mix it well , keep for 5 mins(onion you find onion extraction) so no need to add extra water to it”
“Beetroot put into the blender , make it into liquidify form as shown the pictures”, “add 3 big tablespoon of Honey and 6-7 Tablespoon of Vinegar , it is depend on your personal choice”.
“Finally store all the ingredients into the jar , in the picture, seal it well, time to store in the dark”, i store it already.
You can try this recipes at home, enjoy the serving your nutrition food in winter.
Remarks:- If you are high blood pressure can reduce the amount of black pepper powder and salt .
