I hope everyone is having wonderful evening ,today i will be sharing with you simple and easy ” Russian Carrot, Green Apple And Walnut Salad”, a side dish for lunch or dinner, healthy food .
Ingredients:- Serving 2-3 people
1 carrot:- Fibre
1 Green Apple:- Reduce gastric
Walnuts:- Boost Memory
1/2 Fresh Lemon:- Alkaline
1 tbsp Honey:- for taste
Parsley :- Diuretic.
I eat a-lot of parsley so add more to it😀.
Please soak and clean them with arrowroot powder.
Mix in the salad bowl all ingredients,
Carrot,Green Apple, Walnuts, Salt, Honey, squeezes 1/2 lemon to it.
Once in a week is all fine .
