Today sunshine after raining for days here, life is beautiful and happier, but there is always some sad moments in life.
Our greed to achieve success in life , makes us to walk wrong path without thinking the consequences while risking our health.
Interesting topic for discussion about steroids, how these anabolic steroids works, these are drug that resemble the chemical structure of sex hormone testosterone, which is made naturally by the body. It does increase muscle mass, facial hair growth, deepening of the voice, most important part of male development during puberty.
Steroids increase the level of testosterone in blood, they stimulate muscle tissue in the body to grow larger and stronger.
For males and females sexual libido , some females get high blood pressure, bone density problems while they stop growing with their height , hormone problems.
Abnormal enlargement of the heart muscles, violent, aggressive behaviours, mood swings, blood lipid abnormalities that contribute to heart disease, acne, muscle aches and this can cause liver damages (liver tumour) with various other disease , finally death.
Why to risk , work hard to gain success to reach your goals, Actually i am sport female (running) due to my father.
He was my coach , He trained me from childhood (5-14) , daily running in the Victoria park in Hong Kong.
First session of running last 20 mins, after two weeks 30 mins then 1 -2 hour per day.
From primary until secondary school, i always achieved first rank , 100m, 200m, 300m on sport days.
The recognition of awards made me to learn life with appreciation from my father. I never knew what is steroids in life until age 36 up, i never used them in my life, my daily food and training was enough to make me stronger than others.
Honestly , my father was very straight with me, he kept schedules and rules for me follow like military people.
Daily exercise such as running, push up, sit up 1-2 after schooling return back home have my food, finish my homework and study , later go to sleep.
He taught me something which i value the most in life, time management, correct principle , discipline in life, food diet is a must to maintain health.
I was very thin by birth but strong because my father select the correct diet for me always.
I ate various fruits with rich calcium everyday , no candies and very less soft drinks.
I use drink a lot tomatoes juices , i just love the taste of it.
Lemon water with salt.
Canadian Lentils are must in our menu.
My father and me, love it so much never get bored eating it , excellent taste by adding with coriander leaves have it with rice. He will cook himself😊.
(I eat different types of food to maintain good health).
Strong immunity bring healthy body structure.
When we have natural products which helps our body , why we need chemicals to boost our build muscles.
Never need excessively any products, go with correct diet.
Eat less carbohydrates and sugary products. This is our life , never risk it, not worth it .
Health damages cannot be rectified easily while prevention is better than cure.
This my life without chemicals🤗.
